Albert Strain is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in cost management, project management, contract administration, dispute resolution and construction consultancy.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and has professional engineering associations in Ireland.
Albert has been involved in projects across healthcare, education, housing, commercial development, retail and process manufacturing.
His experience includes multi-phase hospital developments, schools, commercial offices, residential schemes and major retail programmes throughout the Republic of Ireland.
Albert also provides litigation support and expert-witness services in complex construction and contractual disputes.
As lead Quantity Surveyors for Aldi Stores Ireland Limited, Albert and Ian have been involved in more than 125 stores across the island of Ireland since the retailer’s introduction into Ireland in 1990, from site feasibility and contract preparation through construction and completion, and continue to do so.
